All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and AI algorithms, are the exclusive property of Business Investment or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our Services without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Business Investment and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our Services.
Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability for all claims arising from or related to our Services exceed the greater of (a) the total amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This indemnification obligation extends to claims arising from your investment decisions made based on our recommendations, your violation of any applicable laws or regulations, and any fraudulent or unlawful activity conducted through your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Business Investment. Both parties shall bear their own costs of arbitration, except that we will cover filing fees and arbitration costs for claims under a specified threshold.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a termination request through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, we will provide you with access to your account data for a reasonable period, after which your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
